In the order confirmation, you will find the estimated date for shipping the products, after payment confirmation. Naturally, the estimated time for dispatch may vary depending on the carrier and the destination of your order.

TEXTURA WINES, LDA. it only dispatches orders on weekdays. Thus, to estimate the delivery time of orders, weekends and public holidays are not counted. Any delay in the shipment of items, in view of the estimated dates shown, does not confer the right to compensation.

The satisfaction of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. We try to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, we reserve the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that no longer have stock. In case of product unavailability and / or out of stock, TEXTURA WINES, LDA. it will immediately inform the Consumer (a) Final of partial or total cancellation of his order, and the buyer is entitled to a refund of the respective amount paid

TEXTURA WINES, LDA. disclaims any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order resulting from error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Final Consumer, namely at the time of delivery.

TEXTURA WINES, LDA. you may not be able to validate an order that does not have a sufficient guarantee of good collection, when the order is incomplete or incorrect, or when the products ordered are no longer available. In any of the referred cases, TEXTURA WINES, LDA. will inform the Final Consumer via e-mail that the sales contract has not been concluded and that TEXTURA WINES, LDA. did not proceed with the sale, specifying the reasons for this.

If the products ordered at www.loja.texturawines.pt are no longer available at the time of your last access to the website, despite having obtained an order confirmation, or when the store receives your order, the Seller will immediately inform the (a ) User (a) about their unavailability, never exceeding the period of 30 days after receiving the order.

If an order has been placed, and respective payment, for products that, in the meantime, were unavailable, we will refund the money paid for the unavailable items.

TEXTURA WINES, LDA. reserves the right to refuse any order, regardless of the reason and is exempt from liability for any damages or costs, as well as reserves the right to cancel any purchase even if it has already been accepted or confirmed by the store, namely in the following situations:

– The information on the invoice is not correct or verifiable; – The order is signaled by the Security Systems of the website as an incorrect, irregular order, or an order susceptible to fraud; – When the transfer of payment for the order was not received within a period of 2 working days following the acceptance of your order; – When it is not possible to deliver the order to the address provided by the User; – If you consider that the Buyer did not have the capacity to perform that act. – If it appears that there was an error in the presentation of the price of the product (s); – If the order is assumed to come from a dealer.

The available payment methods will be displayed on our website. We do not accept any payment method other than those mentioned.

You can pay for your products using the means of Bank Transfer and Payment, ATM, Paypal or MB Way;

If the Final Consumer chooses to pay by Bank Transfer, we will only start processing the order after we have received the payment. Therefore, in this method of payment, we advise you to go to the ATM as soon as possible so that you receive your order as soon as possible. Once 2 calendar days have passed after placing the order, and if we have not received any payment, the order will be canceled.

TEXTURA WINES, LDA. cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication, namely damage resulting from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for communications or transmissions of viruses.

TEXTURA WINES, LDA. holds ownership of the company’s products until it has received full payment for all of those products.

The prices of the products displayed on the website www.loja.texturawines.pt contain / include the Value Added Tax (VAT).

The total price specified in the final menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted at the time of order confirmation, which you can print or download for future use. Please transfer only the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make individual transfers per order

Shipping fees are calculated per order, the exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered. Prices are all broken down in Euros and any change in the country of delivery of the order may have an influence on prices, due to shipping costs.

Products ordered from the online store will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

We can only guarantee a good delivery of an order if the shipping address of the products is well indicated by the User, and that address is located in a home or an office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of countries available in the menu Deliveries to.

A delivery is considered effected or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

Shipping costs associated with your order will be invoiced per order, that is, if you order more than one item, you will only pay the shipping costs once. However, TEXTURA WINES, LDA. reserves the right to split delivery of the order, for example, if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In case we proceed with the division of the order, the customer will be notified, by email, of our intention. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.

In mainland Portugal, deliveries will be free for purchases equal to or greater than 50Eur. For purchases below this amount, shipping charges will be charged, according to the type and weight of the order. For deliveries to other locations contact us.

Orders sent to countries outside the European Union or with customs and tax policies different from most European Union countries, may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the country of destination (Import Fees). The recipient of an international transfer may be subject to Import Fees, at the time the transfer arrives in your country. The recipient may incur additional customs clearance charges. TEXTURA WINES, LDA. it does not control these charges nor is it able to make an estimate. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are necessary, there may be a delay in relation to the estimated shipping time.

At the time of delivery, the Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products shipped in order to ascertain any damage. If the customer finds that the products are damaged, he must not accept the delivery of the order, which must be returned immediately through the Return mechanism. TEXTURA WINES, LDA. proceed with the reimbursement of the amounts paid for the order and transport as soon as, at its headquarters, it receives and completes the return process.

The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, the Buyer does not return the order within the next 15 days.

After your order is registered, the respective payment is confirmed and all parts of your order are available, TEXTURA WINES, LDA. undertakes to proceed with the shipment observing the following delivery deadlines:

– In mainland Portugal, within a maximum period of 2 working days.

TEXTURA WINES, LDA. will not be responsible for non-compliance, or delays in the fulfillment, of any shipping obligation that has as a result of a force majeure event, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.

Before shipping, the Buyer may cancel the order of products. If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, he / she must, at first, check the status of the order through the Account menu, located in the upper left corner of the main page of the website www.loja.texturawines.pt, by clicking on Orders and, if the order status mentions Registered, then there is a possibility that it will still be canceled. For this, the User must contact our Customer Service and request the cancellation of their order.

If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer.
